Diandra Marie Sinclair
As a Native from Queens, NY and graduate of NYU, Diandra moved to NJ and took a dive into real estate sales and investing. Diandra quickly grew her Real Estate career and had taken on leadership roles to mentor new agents and administrative staff. She demonstrated a proven track record of success and commitment to her clients and brought forth extensive knowledge about the real estate market and the ability to offer her clients advice and guidance when purchasing a home for personal use or as an investment opportunity.
Over the years, it became clear that her passion for increasing sales through administrative support led her to start 14-7ADMIN. Aligned with the right talent and motivation, a beautiful team blossomed and they set forth to give birth to an organization that could change the lives of successful agents.
Currently, Diandra is determined to represent her realtors to the fullest ability with excellent care by ensuring trust, loyalty, determination, and guaranteeing the absolute best service. She is also extremely thankful to have established an organization that provides home-based job opportunities to job seekers all around the world.
Louisa Giaquinto
A single mother of two teenagers from Brooklyn, NY, Louisa came to New Jersey in 2016. Utilizing her degree in Applied Sciences, she got a job in Real Estate as an assistant to a highly respected, and experienced Realtor in Manalapan. Six months later, she obtained her NJ Real Estate License, and started learning the business of home buying and selling as a Licensed Admin.
After learning the ins and outs of the home sale process, she took that knowledge, and became the Office Manager for a startup home inspection company. After helping build the business from two inspections a week to three inspections a day, Louisa is now a member of the 14-7Admin team as the Operations & Transaction Manager, overseeing the day-to-day demands of their clients.
Louisa is a hard worker, and a team player. Her passion for graphic design, creative writing, and attention to detail makes her an asset to the company. She spends her free time with her children perfecting her screenwriting, and Canasta skills.
Noelle Java Benzonan
As an expert in business management and client's care with experiences in various business fields, Noelle started her career in real estate operation since 2020 working with numerous agents, helped them generate more sales and achieved their goals. Her passion and dedication in supporting people and unique admin leadership style, encouraged many individuals to be the best and strived for their dreams. She believes that everyone are capable of many things, sometimes you just need someone to push you harder to move out of your comfort zone and take actions. For her, there is no impossible, everything are achievable, with proper mindset and consistency, success is just one step away.
For the past years, she was able to proved that optimism, discipline and hard work will provide more opportunities to grow, learn and earn. She developed outstanding knowledge in real estate admin transaction from Leads to showings, buyers offer contract to under contract til closings. Skillful in all, she's continually improving and provides excellent results in all her work.
She spends her free time with her family and travel to enjoy life. She also loves to read business, leadership and investment books.
