Our team assists the agent and clients by performing the administrative duties required during each stage of the transaction process, from contract to closing. All the while, reviewing contracts and paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
What’s Included
Pre-Contract
Collect all client information and prepare for agent to make an offering.
Managing coming soon and active listings on MLS (status change, price change, update on remarks, etc.)
Coordinating offers received on the listing (processing addendum, counter addendum, multiple offer notice, etc.)
Monitor showings and feedback in ShowingTime
Contract
Introduce all parties and distribute executed documentation to ensure clear communication.
Assist seller and agent with CCO/CO/Fire Certificate Application
Provide weekly update to listing agent on the listing during all stages
To Close
Oversee all aspects of the purchase agreement through to closing.
