To qualify as a candidate for our administrative services, you must be able to provide evidence of the last 12 months sales on official letterhead or sales report from your companies ADP system (or equivalent). A minimum of $10 million in sales production is required for consideration.

New Jersey Based Phone Number
Our team is dedicated to supporting all administrative tasks required for listings, from listing compliance documents, to listing management and beyond.
Our team requires that a New Jersey based number is provided to us for use. Google Suite offers this ability via Google Voice - ensuring at all of our communication is centrally located in your admin platform.
Weekly Reporting
Knowing the numbers in your business is essential to create a baseline of future measurements and a true understanding of where you and your business can improve. We meet with our clients weekly to review sales numbers, incoming and pending transactions.
Electronic Signage
Whether its DOTLOOP or DOCUSIGN, we require that our clients provide access to either platform so that we can streamline your requests, and above all, your business.

Although we do automate a large percentage of the agents mundane real estate tasks, there are several tasks that we are not able to do:
No License Activity. Our team does not perform any activities that requires a real estate license including negotiating, advising clients, or answering questions on listings, title or closing from either the public or other licensees.
No Lead Gen. Our team does not provide marketing services related to or in the realm of prospecting or lead generation.
100% Virtual. Our team is 100% virtual so we will not be present or available for any showings, inspections, etc.
